14-day returns

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

How to return

Contact us at support@sell4life.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange collection or provide a return address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Digital goods, perishables, and customised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.
